Rosé Dry Cuvée
Rosé here isn’t decoration. Apostolidis blends Agiorgitiko with Karapapas and lets it rest on the lees, building texture instead of chasing trend.
The wine shows bright salmon in the glass, but the attitude is sharper: cherries, raspberries, blackcurrant, a cut of spice. Freshness drives it, minerality holds it, dryness keeps it honest.
Rosé Dry Cuvée proves that pink wine doesn’t have to be soft or forgettable. It can stand tall, speak clearly, and carry the Apostolidis edge.
