Rosé du Vieux Village Brut
Rosé du Vieux Village Brut doesn’t play the pretty fizz game. It’s 80% Malvasia and 20% Agiorgitiko, grown in Kavala and put through the traditional method; second fermentation in bottle, ten months on the lees, nothing rushed.
Pale salmon in the glass, with bubbles that move fine and fast. Aromas run from red berries and cherry to orange peel, lotus, brioche, lavender, violet. On the palate it’s tight, savory, and fresh — acidity carrying fruit into a finish that lingers clean.
This is not a sparkling for clinking glasses and moving on. It’s Greek rosé under pressure. Structured, layered, and confident enough to stand at the table with the serious wines.
