Vidi Anno
Lofos
Vidiano isn’t a grape that likes the spotlight. Apostolidis drags it there anyway. Fermented partly in steel, partly in barrel, aged on the lees, Vidi Anno takes a Cretan variety and makes it speak with the clarity of Kavala’s terroir.
In the glass, it’s all tension and balance: peach and apricot cut by citrus, a line of herbs, a whisper of smoke and spice from oak. Smooth but never soft. Elegant but never bland.
Vidi Anno shows Vidiano with a new accent; sharper, more focused, more daring. A white that doesn’t follow fashion, it sets its own.
