Day 31- Super Girl
The late harvest
Super Girl isn’t a name, it’s a challenge. Here Debina is pushed into late harvest, then left to ferment and rest ten months in a single Austrian cask. No racking, no shortcuts. Just grape, wood, and time.
The result is vivid and unapologetic: lemon-gold in the glass, layered with green apple, pineapple, tangerine, even a streak of smashed seashells. An oily texture carries butter and vanilla into a long, precise finish that feels both elegant and unshakable.
Super Girl is proof that Debina doesn’t need to play safe. In the right hands, it grows muscle, confidence, and voice. Day 31 is exactly that — a white that refuses to fade into the background.
