Ariane
Ariane is produced from 45-year-old vines rooted in a mix of stony, clay and limestone soils, reflecting the classic structure of Rhône terroir. The fruit is hand-harvested, with strict selection and full destemming before vinification.
The wine undergoes extended maceration, then ferments in a combination of stainless steel and concrete tanks, a choice that preserves purity while adding texture. After fermentation, Ariane is aged for at least three years, giving it depth, stability and refinement before release.
Ariane follows the same principles that define the Les Frères Lelektsoglou range: old-vine sourcing, minimal interference, and a focus on clarity of terroir. A cuvée built from experience, precision and time.
