Prosilion
Every winemaker has a first love. For Petros Dimoulias, it’s Agiorgitiko. Born and raised in Nemea, in a family where tending vines was as natural as breathing, Petros set out to prove that Agiorgitiko doesn’t need to repeat itself. It can be reimagined.
From a tiny 0.3-hectare plot at 500 meters, with thirty-year-old vines farmed the hard way — by hand, without shortcuts — Prosilio is his manifesto. Only 1,100 bottles exist, and each one is less about production and more about declaration: this is how modern Nemea should taste. Fresh. Juicy. Punchy.
It’s not a wine built for the market. It’s built for the land that raised him, and for the dream that refused to stay in his head. Prosilio is pride, risk, and faith in a bottle — a reminder that sometimes the smallest vineyards carry the loudest voice.
