"S" Syrah
Syrah on Helicon isn’t a coincidence. It’s a statement. Planted on the mountain’s southeastern slopes at 380 meters, dry-farmed, low-yield, no shortcuts. Grapes that grow under pressure, not comfort.
Vinification here isn’t about extraction for the sake of power. It’s controlled — skins, seeds, and patience shaping a wine that speaks in layers. Dark fruit, black pepper, spice. Structure without aggression. Energy without noise.
“S” is Syrah stripped of clichés. Not Rhône, not New World, but Helicon. A red that takes an international name and makes it sound local.
