Pazo Cilleiro

Albariño

Albariño starts here. In Val do Salnés, the birthplace of Albariño and the Atlantic heart of Rías Baixas, Pazo Cilleiro captures the character that made this corner of Galicia famous for white wine. Bright, expressive and full of energy, this is Albariño with a clear sense of where it comes from.

The grapes come from selected vineyards surrounding the winery, where 20 to 25-year-old vines grow in sandy, quartz-rich granitic soils. Mild temperatures, abundant Atlantic rainfall and traditional Galician viticulture shape the fruit, while harvesting by hand preserves its freshness and aromatic character.

Fermented entirely in stainless steel and briefly rested before release, Pazo Cilleiro Albariño delivers crisp citrus, fresh orchard fruit and delicate white flowers. Lively acidity meets a rounded texture and a clean, persistent finish. A natural partner for seafood, sushi and Mediterranean cuisine, with the freshness and versatility to earn a confident place on any by-the-glass selection.
